Become a Vendor at the Bassett Cruise-In!

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at this year's Bassett Cruise-In! Our event draws crowds from across the region, offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and services. All non food vendors will be set up in the Wells Fargo Parking lot in front of the Bassett Main building. We will be having live bands May, July & October drawing a larger crowd. So get ready for a great summer for our 10th Anniversay of the Highway 57 Bassett Cruise In.

We require all vendors to arrive no later than 1pm and as early as possible. You will be given a number prior to the event so you know where you will need to set up. All personal vehicles must be removed after set up and parked in "spectator parking" unless you have a car to show off or showcase during event. In which, the vehicle will need to parked in designated spaces away from vendor area. Please be prompt upon arrival. 

ALL VENDORS must complete and submit our Vendor and Hold Harmless Agreement forms. Downloadable PDF can be found on the bottom of the page. Please complete and return via email to:
